Insurance Plans
Insurance plans can have various network affiliations and can often be confusing. East Valley Pediatrics accepts most major private insurance and all AHCCCS plans. Please call our office at 480-615-2010 or the member services number on your insurance card if you have any questions about our participation and covered benefits.
Certain insurances, such as AHCCCS, require that you designate us as your child’s primary care physician. Please contact your insurance company to make this request prior to your first appointment.
Your insurance and benefits will be verified at every office visit. It is very important to notify us and supply all necessary information for ALL insurance plans you participate in. This information will affect your benefit allocation. Please notify the front desk staff if there are any changes to your insurance coverage.
