Vaccines for Children Program
In an effort to provide superior care to our patients, East Valley Pediatrics participates in the “Vaccines for Children” (VFC) program. We want to make every effort to ensure our patients receive the necessary vaccines as outlined by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Your child may be eligible to receive their vaccines at little to no cost to you if you qualify for the program. VFC program requirements include, but are not limited to: un-insured patients, or if your current insurance plan does not cover a required immunization.
